Fukuyama Museum of Art
This museum displays a variety of articles including the Kurihara collection, which has calligraphic works/paintings and stationery materials (sumi [ink], ink stone, ink brush, stamp, brush pot, water dropper, etc.) of China’s Ming/Qing eras, as well as works of Chikukei Miyamoto born in Fukuyama City, a master artist in the Japanese calligraphy field. The exhibition of these articles is held four times annually, and a special exhibition is held once or twice a year.
