Bingo Ankokuji-TempleLINK

Founded in the 1270s (during the Kamakura era), and later renamed “Ankokuji” by Takauji Ashikaga in the South and North Courts period of the late 14th century. Shakado (Buddha Hall), the wooden statues of Amida Nyorai Triad, and the wooden statue of a seated priest, Hoto Kokushi, in the hall are designated national important cultural properties.

Transportation : Take a bus bound for "Tomoko" from JR Fukuyama station to the “Ankokuji” bus stop. Approximately 3-minute walk toward the mountain side on foot from the bus stop.
