Nunakuma ShrineLINK

This shrine enshrines both Watasu Shrine, which dedicates “Owatasumi-no-Mikoto,” and Giongu Shrine, which dedicates “Susanoo-no-Mikoto.” This is an old shrine described in the rules and procedures called “Engi-shiki,” which were written during the Heian era.
