Bingo Ichi-no-miya Kibitsu Shrine
This shrine, which is called “Ichinomiya” in the Bingo district, is said to have been separately enshrined from Ichinomiya in the Bicchu district in the year 806. Two stone-carved guardian dogs, now designated as national important cultural properties, were displayed at the British Museum in 2001. The Ichidate Big Festival and annual Setsubun Festival are popular events.
